Holiday Photo Contest Winners and TOP 10

Thank you to everyone that contributed to the 2009 CultureProjectEarth.org/SpartanOpinion.com Holiday Photo Contest 2009. Browsing through everyone’s submissions was delightful. Most of our entries came from the United States, UK, Japan and Italy. It was not easy selecting a winner but only one could win 1st place.
