Saying that J.K. Rowling has had a profound impact in reawakening the love of reading is like… well it’s like saying that Newton contributed a bit to the knowledge of gravity. Ok, maybe that is a big of a stretch, but gee whiz folks, even the gang banger on the street knows that a kid named Harry has magical powers! Who’d a thunk in the twenty-first century the world would unite in the love of a literary character?!
